My First Folder Completed

Hello All,

I completed my first folder. It is a slip joint. The handle is stabilized burl, blade is 1084. The liners are brass. The red material is nylon and the black is buffalo horn. I learned a lot making this one.

Thanks for looking and happy holidays

great Job Walt. love the burl scales with the front white tip. now that you have the first out of the way you'll be hooked for sure. I know when I started I was a bit apprehensive but looking back I wonder why... HA!

keep up the good building

Really nice! I was wondering what kind of pivot you used on this knife?
