Nice job

Looks great. One question, How do you heat treat your files? I used to grind them and just keep it cool so I did not have to HT them as I did not have a means at the time. I now have a forge, anvil, and everything I need so I was curious on your HT process.

I anneal the file and then grind to shape. I heat to non magnetic and quinch in peanut oil. I temper in the kitchen oven at 400 for 1hr ,let cool to room temp and one more hour at 400.
