What to add to the shop ?

a brother out !!!
Current shop tool inventory

I have
(1) KMG grinder (8'' wheel)
(1) KMG platten attachment (tool arms and tool rests for both)
(2) drill press's
(1) wood band saw
(1) metal band saw
(1) 4 x 36 belt sander
(1) KMG - frwd / rev KMG 9'' disc
hand tools galore
small anvil / vise's

what I'm considering
a KMG horizontal 2 x 48
an oven (paragon) (leaning towards this)
maybe another KMG Chasis ?
small wheel attachment ?
another disc ?
Oh what a dilemma to be in !!!

The horizontal belt grinder will be helpful, and I'd certainly endorse a Paragon furnace.

the horizontal is on hold Don as much as I want one, however I think the Paragon will be the next best piece in the shop.........so it's on order !!

A horizontal is one of the tools that make it easier to do some tasks, but not really necessary.

After the Paragon, a Rc tester will be very helpful. I test every piece.

My next purchase will be another bastard mill hand file.
I'd like to know how that Paragon works out when you get it, I have one on my wish list.

I'll let you know for sure, heat treating will be very new to me as I've been sending mine away for a long time now. I'm scared to add up the cost of that over the years !!
time to take the plunge and get at'r myself !!

Mine is one of the cheapest inports, probably from Enco or MSC. It has served me perfectly over 20 years, probably 25 years.
