Allen Blade Videos?

I'm trying to locate the following videos by Allen Blade:

1. Flat Grinding

2. Hollow Grinding

3. Kydex sheath Making

4. Carbon Steel Heat Treating

5. Slab Handled/Full Tang Handle Construction and finishing

6. Hidden/slipover Handle construction and finishing.

7. Disk Finishing/Hand Satin finishing of Blades and Fittings.

8. Tapered Tang Grinding and Construction.

I've had several people mention that his videos are very good, however, all email addresses I have found for Allen Blade have bounced and there is no answer at the phone number I found from doing a search of the forums. Does anyone know if he still produces these videos? If so, does anyone have current contact information for him. Finally, if these are no longer available from the maker, would anyone be willing to make me copies and I could reimburse you for the postage and VCR tape costs? Thanks for any help you can provide to this knifemaking newbie!
