spyderfly or typhoon balisong?
I saw a spyderco spyderfly balisong and im also looking at the typhoon kit. could i have some information on the typhoon and the spyderfly, like some reviews and comments and stuff about which one to buy cause im not sure which to pick, they both sound pretty good and sound like their durable but i want to buy the better one, could some people help me decide?

Welcome Xpyd3r!
This is the Kit Knife forum, and understandably you're more than likely to get an answer prejudiced towards the Typhoon. Not that it would be a bad thing, as you can't go wrong with the Typhoon (actually, you can't go wrong with either knife), but I think you'll be much better served if you were to post your question over in the Balisong Forum. Those guys are very passionate about their "flippers", have very specific opinions as to what knives they like and why, and are very knowledgeable on both knives in question, The Balisong forums are over in the "Production" side. I'll make it easy for you...Here's the link: http://www.knifenetwork.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=52 Good luck with whatever you decide to purchase. If you should decide on the Typhoon, by all means do come back to this forum with any questions...and of course, to post photos of your completed kit knife! (We like photos...). You can make a Spyderfly from a Typhoon ... but the reverse is not true ...
