Spyderco 039

I bought a new discontinued Spyderco knife from a local dealer awhile back.
It appears, he gave me the wrong box as I did a search on it according to the model on the box and the knife pics that appeared were nothing like mine.
My knife says 039 just to the left of the hole in the blade, the blade is serrated, and it's made of CPM S 30V steel.
The blade has a ridged thumb piece with attached screw by the hole.
The other side of the blade says Golden, Colorado USA Earth.
The handle has four holes with a 3 hole clip.
Does anyone own a model like this and can tell me if this one has the stainless or titanium handle ?
Thanks.

Since it has a "Cobra Hood" attachment above the hole and has a three screw clip (instead of a barrel-bolt attached wire clip) it sounds like it could be a C70 ATR. The "039" is a collector club number. If the handle has 4 indexing holes it is titanium - If it has 6 large holes plus 5 smaller holes then the handle is SS. Also, the SS ATR has a VG-10 blade - I'm not sure if it was made with a CPM-S30V blade.

For more (and faster) responses regarding Spyderco products, the Forum on www.spyderco.com is the best place to go.
