Cal,

WOW, look at how you've progressed. The 2nd and 3rd one's are my personal favorite. I find with the first one my eye is drawn more to the backround, an idea to try is to fade out the backround so it's not so distracting. Keep experimenting and posting the pictures to keep us updated and to receive additional comments. I would love to hear what other members of the forum suggest.

I would also like to know how you did the backrounds on 2 and 3.

Barbara

Barbara I found the background on the net. They said it was free so I hope I didn't violate and copyright laws. I then applied a layer with a warming filter and another layer with a gradient filter. By turning layers on/off and changing the opacity there are a million different pictures than can be created.

Buddy, you are right I am having some fun and it is a lot of fun to do something creative.

When I first started using that program I never thought I would get it working and found it very frustrating.

I didn't look at for about 6 months and then this fall decided I was going to learn how to make it work. I know there are still many things to learn, but at least with some understanding of the basics you can stumble along and be some what creative.
