Knifemaker Portrait Service at BLADE

This year at BLADE I'll be shooting knifemaker portraits in Jim Cooper's knife photography room, Boardroom #1 next to the seminar rooms in the Main Atrium outside the Show Hall. It will be extremely convenient for anyone who needs to have a decent (I mean professional) head & shoulders portrait shot for web-sites, brochures, magazines and books etc.

Cost is $75 payable by cash or check. I?m unable to accept credit cards. The fee includes:

1. Determining your good side, help with proper posing and multiple digital exposures that we review together ? you pick the one you like best.

2. Re-touching, color correcting, luminance balancing and other refinements utilizing Adobe Photoshop CS4 may be applied at my discretion in order to provide you with the best possible image.

3. A CD-ROM containing your image files will be mailed to you within three weeks. Two files are provided ? a large file suitable for printing, and a small web-sized file suitable for e-mail or your home page.

4. My guarantee ? If you are not satisfied with the finished portrait, your fee will be refunded in full.

5. Replacement option ? Your digital files will be archived and backed up in my studio, should you ever require a replacement. A small processing fee plus postage may apply.

6. About prints ? I make custom prints on request, or you can take the digital file I?ve provided to Costco, Target, Kinko?s or any photo processing concern. Similar options can be found on the web.

Hope to see some of you there!
