Made a new (small) belt grinder...

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, but I made a new small belt grinder. I made it especially for making or modifying small parts. Here are the spec's:

- Machine tilting to any angle between 0 and 90 degrees.
- Forwards and backwards working.
- Variable speed from 0 till 10000 rpm.
- Digital speed control of the motor.
- Tool tilting from -90 till +90 degrees.
- Quick tool change.
- Quick sanding plate change.
- Belts of different length usable .
- Adjustable belt tensioning.
- Sanding plate tilting.
- Big sanding wheel.
- Sanding plate in the shape of the wheels.
- High power dc motor. (One phase, great power)
- Completely build with aluminum.
- No chinese bearings.
- Easy disassemble for repair or maintenance.
- Belt sizes: 13 - 15mm wide and 456 - 533mm long (strip sander belts)
- payable.

What do you guy's think of this design ?

Hahaha...love it!!!!

Looked to casually at the palete so took it for a different scale. As well some of the fasteners. Good job! Now an appropriate sized knife to match the grinder.

Nice photo work too.

Really cool grinder. Watched the videos, seems to work like a charm.

Very nice! Scale it up for bigger stuff perhaps, 50X2000 belts for bigger blades?

You had me going. Fully expected to see it sitting on a half dollar in the last pic in a micro scale!

Great job!
