Question about a Post Vise
I acquired a very nice post vise yesterday. It seems like it has some age on it, there's a stamp on it that may say 1905 or it might mean that it's a model 905, the '1' is less distinct than the 905 part. Anyway, I'm trying to decipher who made it and I think I can make out the words "Original Trenton" on one of the jaws. Can anyone tell me if this is a likely name to be found on a post vise? If not, how about something that might say 'Virginia'?
Just curious... |

Thanks, Matt. That looks exactly like what I have. Apparently, it's an oldie but it's in near perfect condition ....
