One in the works...
Here's a wakizashi in the works. I thought the hamon came out kinda neat looking. It's only been rough sanded, etched and then rubbed a bit with 1000 grit to show the detail. Eventually I want to put navy blue silk ito over bleached shark skin with wrought iron fittings.
W1 steel Blade length: 18.5" curvature (sori): 1/2" |

Nice job on that Hamon! What did you use for your clay coating? I was able to watch Bob Engath do that sort of thing and it's on my list of things to try
