Robert,

Send a blank email to meetings@georgiaknifemakersguild.com and the directions will be automagically replied to you.

I'd do it manually, but I'm happy to announce that my wife and I welcomed 8 pound 11 ounce Amelia Faith into the world yesterday! (So I'm a busy daddy right now!)

Robert:

You need not worry about packing a lunch unless you just want to. Lunch will be served around Noon and you are certainly welcome to break bread (or Country's BBQ, as it were) with us. We're glad to have you at the meeting. If you get close and need help getting to Don's shop, call me on my cell 706-325-0609, and I'll "talk you in" as us old Ham Radio guys say.

Jamey:

CONGRATULATIONS !!! Sounds like you, your wife and Amelia Faith are all doing fine. What a blessing for you and your wife. We'll miss you tomorrow, but we'll be thinking about all three of you.

Dave Roberts

Right about now I imagine you guys are sitting down to lunch. Wish I were there but this is the weekend that my daughter Kathleen decided to pay her pop a visit from Florida.

Have fun meeting new members and old friends!!!

From the "ancient one"!!

Dad we had a good meeting. Almost 400 miles round trip from watkinsville. Would have been quite a trip from the mountains. Say hello to Kathleen

Hey Jamey , congrats on the new baby girl . I hope all is well .
We had a good meeting , we welcomed Mr Dunn to our group . He brought some good looking knives to show us . The food was awesome , Don you done an outstanding job , everything went well today . The demos were first rate , and i think Don may have started a new following with his water cooled grinders , and curved dove-tailed jig . No matter how hard i tried , i could not get Don to turn his back on the curved dove tailed jig just lying on the counter for me .
James Mitchell had some interesting schrimshawed ivory up at his table where he was teaching some people to do this . James is a very talented artist . Hope everyone had a good time today . SCOTT
