Smile help needed

I have been given a very old double bladed lock back folding knife to have a play around with. I need help identifying (if possible) the age of the blades.

the two blades, 1 is a clip point bowie ish style 6 1/4" long
blade marking, on the tang Lockwood brothers C + 2
blade marking on the blade real knife, pampa, with a running bird ( possible a road runner) motif.

2nd blade, drop point 6 1/4" long
blade markings as above.

Overall when opened this knife would have a length of nearly 19"

The blades are still in remarkable shape. the handle assembly is shot but the springs and locking mechanisms are still ok just need surface rust removed.I still have the original side pieces but they are rusted to wafer thinness. but at least I can get an imprint of the pin holes for the cam, spring, blades Etc. Any information would be a great help. I would like to re-assemble this knife with perhaps samba deer antler slab handles and nickel silver guards.

regards THE SCOTTISH KIWI.
