Well, they were the guys who talked me into putting Vol 2 up for sale now instead of waiting for Vol 1 to be finished so, before I did that, I wanted some feedback and they were the logical choice.

Besides, I only got two Christmas cards last year and neither was from you so I don't feel very chastised. Not to mention that you are the one I offered the killer deal on my press and anvil. Now we wait and see if you are driven enough to find a way to take advantage of said deal and make it work for you .....

killer deal indeed but I will probably have to let someone else interested move in on it.....
Nate has much deeper musician pockets than I and he needs a press to fill that new shop !!
if I didn't already have the 50# hammer then probably a different reply !!

Got the video a little while back and I haven't got to watch all of it yet but so far it is well put together and very detailed. I've enjoyed it so far and recommend it to anyone who wants to see in detail the techniques used by a skilled knifemaker.

Jeremy,

Yes, I will be starting on Vol 1 very soon now, just waiting for things to dry out and warm up a little around here. Vol 1 will include a build of a hollow ground hunter with a through tang. I hope you will want a copy when it is available but don't let the fact that Vol 2 is about a chef's knife build stop you from building a hunter. All the flat grinding information on the chef's knife will work just as well on a flat ground hunter. The single pin handle that I used on the chef's knife is also my favorite handle to use on a hunter. When Vol 1 is done you will see a hollow ground hunter with a stick tang handle but using the info from both DVDs you could easily make a hollow ground hunter with a single pin handle or a chef's knife with a stick tang - or most any other style knife you might want because the techniques and processes are mostly the same no matter what type knife you're making......

Okay got it. I went to PayPal to transfer and realized I haven't used it in a while and have changed banks. So I have to add this account to my PayPal and don't have all the numbers at hand. Will do and order asap. Thanks.

Okay, it takes several days to confirm a new account so while I wait I went ahead and used a second account so... you should be receiving pmt. via PayPal.

I look forward to the video!
