Spring meeting this Saturday

Reminder that the Spring Meeting of the NCCKG is this Saturday, April 20, at Montgomery Community College in Troy, NC.

We'll have some great demos so that we all can learn some new things.

Iron In The Hat after lunch. Bring some cool stuff to give away.

Bring your knives for show and tell.

See y'all there

Great meeting. Had a ton of fun. Learned a few things as well.

The demos were the best presented and prepared demos we have had at a meeting in many years. Thank you Gene, Travis, and Mark for doing an excellent job.

Watching Travis' leather sheath demo was very educational. You couldn't help but learn a new trick or 6 to help you with your leatherwork. He sure makes it look easy, too.

Gene's discussion on knife terminology was very well prepared. He covered everything. The sketches and real deal examples really helped make his presentation a great one.

Mark's talk on marketing had everyone's attention. I have not seen a meeting that quiet and attentive since the early days of the NCCKG. Mark laid it all out in a way so everyone could grasp it. Outstanding!

The entire meeting was a breath of fresh air. I hope this trend continues.

That was one of the best meetings I've attended! All the demos were great and Mark's presentation will definitely help me get more focused on what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.

Great work guys!
