8 inch chef's knife
This one went to a client in Toronto. Forged from 5160, differentially heat treated, purple heart scales and brass pins. The paring knife is the same, just smaller. I changed the original design a bit to make the knife lighter: drop point, smaller scales, and over-all thinner in the spine. Also makes for a less accute bevel. I got two more sets on the go...
Hope you like it. Chris [[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] __________________ Chris K. Two Mountains Forge Delta, BC, Canada www.twomountainsforge.com Last edited by ckluftinger; 04-29-2011 at 08:59 AM. |

Nice job. I like the way they look together and I like the double sheath.
