Cat Skinner, I had a scrap of 1095
An end piece off a bar. Not large enough to do anything with but then I saw Cat Skinner's pretty little damascus blade. I couldn't do a full tang but at just the right angle there was enough to do a hidden and since I never had done that and wanted to learn how to make a hidden tang... Figured out quickly why people need a guard or bolster between the blade and handle so I made one from sterling silver (only thing I had in sheet stock) and soldered it to the blade. The handle scales are Maple. It would make a great little necker though I've never really seen the attraction of a neck knife. I'll probably make a little horizontal belt sheath or a pocket sheath of Kydex... whenever I figure out how and get the supplies for leather or Kydex!

Nice looking knife. I like smaller knives small and razor sharp. Large knives certainly have their place but to much blade can get in the way at times. I'm humbled to be an inspiration. Thanks
