Talking Well I like what you said.

"We don?t sell Chinese junk abrasives, so you won?t get from us potentially toxic products being sold in America by the Communist."

Nothing wrong with that, and free shipping? OK I may have you put together a 2x48 kit . Do you carry 1x42 belts as I use them on handles.

Hi jimmontg,

Yes. We do offer 1" x 42" belts. They just haven't yet been bundled as kits. Were you looking for specific materials/grains/grits in 1" x 42 belts?

We would be happy to bundle 2" x 48" & 1 x 42" belts into a kit for you. We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Thanks!

A couple of questions. Do you sell individual belts, I am looking for 10 pcs of 120 and 10 pcs of 80 grit ceramic.
Also do you ship to Canada?
Postal code N0G1S0

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,

We do carry individual belts (or packs of belts) in a wide range of sizes, grits and materials. Our main website is being migrated to a new responsive eCommerce platform, one that's more streamlined and easier to navigate than our previous site. Hopefully, it will be online later this week. In the interim, you can still browse the older site here:
http://especiallyabrasives.com

We normally only ship to the lower 48, as shipping costs tends to be prohibitive for international customers. The exception being when they need large quantities and can take on the added shipping expense.

Of of curiosity, how do you normally get shipments coming from the U.S. into Canada? We've looked for shipping options that were not prohibitively priced for shipping into Canada, and were not able to find any good options that made sense for most customers.

Thanks!

Please answer Steve's questions.

I want to make up my own kits, some grits I don't use very much and some I use a LOT. Do you sell individualized kits, like I want 5ea 80 grit zirconia belts 1x42 and 5ea 60 grit ceramic 2x48, can I buy them that way? Not trying to give you a hard time, just need to know as I'm good using Tru-Grit and their shipping rates aren't bad.

Hi Steve,

Sorry for the delay but I posted a response several times this morning and those replies got stuck in the moderation queue.

Hi jimmontg,
We stock 2" x 48" Premium Ceramic 60grit and can offer you a 5 pack for $27.99 with shipping included.

As I mentioned in the previous post, we are migrating to a new website, which should be online an a few days. We also have a new vendor for 1" x 42 belts, so it will be a week or so before we have 1" x 42" Zirc belts in the 80 grit you need.

If you would like to go ahead with the 2" x 48" ceramic belts, send me an email at: belts@sandingbeltkits(dot)com. I can send you a PayPal invoice and get those belts right out to you. I'll also give you pricing on the 1" x 42: Zirc belts and let you know when they arrive in stock.

Thanks again for your interest!

What make are the ceramics btw? Also thank you for your response. I know about shipping to Canada, just trying to send some Cratex to a friend has a $20 VAT added to it. The media complains about Trump and his border tax, but I do not hear a thing about Canada violating the NAFTA. No I didn't vote for Trump or Hilliary I wrote my own name in as I honestly think any American with common sense could do better than what I have seen for 17 years, but lets not get political.

Here are the ceramic belt specs:

Make: Sait
Model: 9AS
Size: 2" x 48"
Grit: 60

These belts are made with a high-ratio ceramic grain on a heavy 100% polyester backing. They're top-coated with a grinding lube for a cooler grind and extended belt life.

Thanks!

Thumbs up Especially Abrasives

As promised, Especially Abrasives Website is now live. On EA, we sell packs of Sanding Belts in single sizes, materials and grains. I've tried to create an interface that's easy to navigate and allows you to quickly find the items you need.

If you can't find what you need on our websites, contact us and we can provide custom or uncommon sized belts/kits for your specific needs.

Customer service is our #1 priority and we stand behind every product we sell. We cater to the knife maker community and we'll be there for you, whatever your needs might be.

Hope everyone has a great week!
