The Temperature gage and the dial aren't the same. I bought a laser temp gun. I go by it more than I do the temp gage. I use the Paragon on 8670 steel . For me and the shop. If I find some one to fix it I would like new heating coils and 2 temp gages

We had a Paragon at my old job.
Now I didn't replace the temp gauge, but I and the Maintenance man did replace the coils, they aren't hard to do and you can order them from Paragon. Unfortunately I cannot speak about changing the gauges.
Also have you called Paragon Red? I am certain they would be happy to help you. Also I do believe some of the knife supply online stores sell the coils. |
