Wish List - Pictures
Nice new format, Alex.
My wish list includes an easy capability to post pictures, for example, as an email attachment. Maybe that's been adressed, but I couldn't find (or, possibly, interpret) anything new on that subject. |

When you post a message, right above the text area there are buttons for adding an internet address, mail address, image, ect.....
All you have to do is push the button and type in the URL of the picture, click OK, and you are done. This is going to be an easier board, especially for new people. |

Bob,
Thanks for your response. I think you are referencing the items next to "vB Code"[IMG], which I did review, but I'm afraid the don't tell me how to do it in language which I can understand. Looks like it should be easier, but still with some language barriers. Without having my own website yet, is it possible to simply post pictures from my computer photo program, or do they have to be sent through a 3rd party site? |

Kelly, I suspect it will have that capability in short order. It did until this morning!!! ( see my post in the 'test' thread for an example) Alex may still be sorting out how to regulate this type of membership. Or conserving space. I don't think an across-the-board free posting membership is here yet. Don't know.
Stay 'posted'... Coop |

Sounds good, Coop.
I hadn't thought of the space issue which could become unmanageable and/or expensive - unless, perhaps, photos were automatically deleted after a certain age, or similar approach. Stop in at the Stamford NCCA show next weekend if you are in the area. |
