Hi Don:

I would like to sign up for the Delta 5 and kydex sheath courses, but I haven't found any way to do so or pay.

I'll bet you can tell me how to do it.

Steve,

Here is the page that has been set up for subscriptions.

http://www.knifenetwork.com/forum/payments.php?

To use it, click the down arrow on the "Price" menu so that the price for the course shows, then continue to sign up.

I'm not sure Alex has this page functional yet since the other courses haven't been added, but it won't hurt to try it and see.

When it's fully functional the page will be added to the rest of the school menu here.

Let me know if it works.

Hi Don:

Thanks for the link. I went through a payment process so it seems to work.

I guess I'm a student now.

FYI. There was no info or way to pay for the kydex sheath course, yet.

Yeah, Steve, I know. Alex is still working on that. Hopefully the other courses will be added soon.

Thanks for being one of the first.

I have ordered some 440c stainless to make a large hunter type knife, it should be here in a week or so. Would this be suitable as a project for the "KNet Online Class : Making a fixed blade hunting knife from raw materials" course?

I also want to do the file work course, would it be too much to try at the same time?

Cheers Noel

440C is perfect.

I don't see any problem with doing both classes. After making your hunter you'll need to do the filework before heat treating the blade and final finishing.

Have you enrolled in the hunter class? It's open for enrollment now.
