DDR3BL Safety
Although I've made a bunch of these I've only installed the safety on one or two. I now have an order for 7 knives and they all want the safety. I'm not having any problem getting the safety in position and sliding properly, the problem is that the safety does not touch any part of the plunger (button) and therefore does not prevent the knife from opening. Did I just get lucky on the two I did before or am I missing something?

I have had some problems like that with several of the ddr3 kits I have used. What I endded up doing was cut my own lock out of metal. I am not a fan of the plastic safety's they put in that kit by far.
