I copied his opening statement into Babelfish (web site that translates stuff - http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr) and it looks like he's a collector. Mind you, the translator doesn't work 100%, but here's what it says:

This elegant Gentleman is not new to the world of the coltelleria, indeed, in the field of articles from cut operates gives beyond 40 years, actively, every day, with a engagement and one seriousness unparalleled. Already owner of a fabulous collection of the exclusive and most valuable scissors, has begun to give of space to the knives of handicraft execution little and, to the contrary of many lovers of the knives, it has endured characterized the cutlers to insert in its precious collection, and today small part of its PIECES honors me to show in this page one. Obviously ringrazio also this most famous collector, and I augur myself that the visitors of these pages can therefore share the pleasure to see beautifulst pieces from the world of the knives d'arte.
