Surface Grinder
These are pictures of my home made surface grinder. It works great for folders, bolsters, etc.

I'm designing my next one now. This one was dis-assembled because it took up too much room in my shop. I-Beam for the rails are pretty solid. Military grade bearings on the trolly make a smooth glide. A belt grinder with micro- fine height adjustment and variable speeds. It could be used to .0005" tolerances. The next one will have the I beam turned up(4" face on top).
