Help with 2 knives & 1 Bayonet
Just happened to come across this site and hopefully someone can help. I was going through a box in the garage and came across 2 old knives and my father WWII bayonet. Tried searching ebay on the items couldn't find much. The bayonets had a very wide variety of selling prices.
The bayonet is marked 1943, US with what looks like a flaming bomb and then what looks like PAL in an oval? THe 1st knife is a Schrade Walden 204S THe second knife i am really unsure of, all i could find on the blades was USA, on the knife a the letter A with wings. Above the A with wings says something ending in NG maybe FLYING?? below it says SERVICE ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I think the Flying A knife is an advertising knife for the old Flying A filling stations.
Check this website. http://www.oldgas.com/info/gladstone.html __________________ Ron |
