regarding supplies
kovals contacted me and we worked things out.they were indeed busy with trade show work.they apologized for not contacting me and assured me it wasnt common or the way they like to do business.they also informed me in the future to specificly state if something is backordered to tell them to ship the other items.i am satisfied they mean well
