Companion Carry Knife
This is your basic carry knife. I've been doing this design for around 9 years, and a lot of other makers do something similar. Specs:
Steel: 1/8 inch 154CM cryo'd by D'Holder Blade: 4 5/8 inches x 1 inch. Full flatgrind with distal taper and convex edge. The whole knife is finished to 400 grit. Handle: Copper bolsters with N/S pins. Scales are osage orange that's been stabilized in Nelsonite and finished in teak oil and RenWax. Copper/nickel silver mosaics and copper lanyard tube. Red/black spacers and red liners. OAL: 9 inches Weight: 5 oz Balance Point; On the front of the first mosaic. Sheath: In the process.....Thanks for looking. __________________ Joel Bolden Halfmoon Knives Port Matilda, PA. http://s29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...&paginator=top http://s29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...&paginator=top |
