Maybe some day but not right now. The 1/4 inch thick Satin Jack was the first Busse I ever bought. It's become my favorite. These are all 1/4 inchers. I don't own one of the 3/16 versions. I have the Rat offering for that.
In the pic the one farthest left is my most carried. You can't tell very well from the pic but the coating is worn from crinkle to flad in several spots along the blade. The very top and very bottom ones have black paper micarta. I don't think there were too many made like that. The one with tan micarta is one of maybe two I've seen. I might be the third owner and that would make it the same knife I've seen in other pics. Not sure though. I was sorry to see this handle shape go. __________________ They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. -- Benjamin Franklin |

I luv it The original Satin Jack is (my opinion) the sexiest knife profile of all of the Busses; but it looks like you've got enough to last you a while I'm doing a couple of sheaths for SJs right now, one classic and one TAC, and while they're both super blades, the older handle just feels gooooood in my hand.
Maybe we can get Jerry to do a few "retro-runs" one of these days Mike __________________ Trying to become the kind of man my dog thinks I am http://www.fototime.com/ftweb/bin/ft...E4E363B}&tio=0 |
