Finishing this kitchen piece:

Did a pair with the user request for ATS-34, .125" nitrogen cryo RC59-60, 9.75 OAL, 5" edge in macassar ebony. He got one and this one is FS.

A yanagiba styled blade rubbed out to a 1,500 grit finish.

Wanted to make a paring piece that would style with the Santoku, these are CPM 154. Started these a bit back and coming back to them. Will hollow out the handle area next.
