Tube furnaces
Anyone have experience with large tube furnaces? Through some wheel'n and deal'n I ended up with three 48"x 8" and two 66" x 6" electric tube furnaces (220V, 3-phase). The longer ones are only rated at 1000 F, but the shorter ones are 1875 F or possibly 2200 F furnaces. There are no control boxes or anything, just the furnace with the connectors. I was hoping to be able to get one hooked up and trade off or sell the others. Without the original control panel or housings, I don't know who made them or the amperage or power it runs at. I have no other information on them. I think they are made by Marshal (one has the housing for the panel still attached, but it is not the same style as the others. One has a serial number which I'll be contacting Marshal to see if it's theirs. These are all in excellent shape and have only been used 2-3 times. Plus, they had quartz inserts when they were used so the filaments and interiors are clean. If anyone is familiar with these and could possibly identify them by filament/tube/connector type, I can take some pics. Thanks in advance for any info.
