Exclamation ebay knife, my blade new handle - ????

I just foumd on ebay the knife that was scammed from Paul Vandine over in Israel. The wierd thing is the blade is definitely mine but now someone has put new scales on it. They are still claiming it as mine. They are also claimimg it was in Dr Darom's book. It looks like someone has removed the mother of pearl slabs that were on it and added ivory handles. From what I can see in the picutre it looks like a professional job. I wonder if there is any way of finding out who did the handle work. I am amazed that an experience knifemaker would do that. I don't know how to add a link to the ebay item but the item number is 260052219887 or search ebay for Vanderkolff.
Thanks
Steve

Here is the link to that auction

I would suggest that you report this scam to eBay so that they can cancel the auction and save someone from getting burned (again). Here is the link for reporting frauds.

Are the scales the same design as before, Steve? Any possibility it's just foto trickery?

I remember that seller has been reported before. Ebay just lets it go on and on.

You might want to let the bidders know what is going on.

This stuff gets terribly bad. We had a listing that at the time it was listed , was copied word for word and picture for picture and relisted by someone in China. A viewer in Australia picked up on it right away and notified my partner Franron who was listing this for us. He notified Ebay and they removed it immediately. Frank
