Unhappy Is this a sting ???

Hello all. I don't know what to do...

I've bought a Typhoon at KnifeKits but they send me an uncomplete package, some screws are missing and so i canno't finish to build it...
It's been 3 weeks now i'm trying to have an answer from them, but they do not seem to care about it...
So I have a useless balisong with missing parts, but i've already payed... They took my money and now they do not answer my mail nor send me the missing parts... The screws who are missing are the 5 rear assembly screws, those who hold the latch...
As they didn't write the references for the screws on the "parts list and assembly constructions", i can't even order them alone... I fell like i have been stinged...

Does anyone can help me please by saying the precise reference of the screws i need so i can order them and (pay again for something i've already payed for ) finish my bali ???

Thanks.

Yup.., and best to simply call Alex if you are missing something. The guy never sleeps .., and as Bali-B mentions..., he's incredibly busy.

No worries.., they'll take care of you....
