That's a first knife? Sweet! Looks like a pro job to me. I assume you only put the mosaic pins on one handle of the bali to show which is the cutting edge?

EXCELLENT!!! That's a heck of a first knife!!

I'm seriously impressed. You've been around here for quite some time and it's great to see how it's paid off...in spades!

Man that's clean...Those white handles really make a great impact. How's the action? Look like it'd be smoooooth.

Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thank's for the good words fella's!!

Dennis.., after i built the frame of this knife,i thaught it had a classy look to it.so i
decided to use tan/ivory g-10 to accent that.i figured this material is tough stuff,
so it will take the abuse im going to put her through!

I'm shocked at how the action is..,surprised myself

I made up a little micarta jig for cleaning up flats.which turned out great for adjusting bushings within a couple thousansth's of blade.almost zero play and no fear of pinching blade between handles

Now i wish every knife went this well! the one i started before, and after are kicking my a#$....,guhhh

I'm going to start fresh tomorrow..lol..

WOW , thats really cool , I like it ALOT. I had a butterfly knife once , my dumb butt friend grabbed it and needed 14 stiches in about 2 seconds after ( grabbed the wrong handle ) I would like to make one of these.
Whats the OAL ?

Awesome job , the whole thing really goes together well.

the OAL on this one is 8.4" with 3.1" cutting edge! i thaught it had 3.3" edge
but guess i mis measured!
