New Maker's Mark?

I haven't put a maker's mark on my knives in years. I just haven't been pleased with any of the etched varieties I came up with.

My initials are AJG. I thought that perhaps I could use those letters in a stylized way and in an unobtrusive location.

I was considering filing the spine of my knives in the manner pictured.

Thoughts?

That would be pretty unique. Shouldn't be to hard to accomplish on just about any spine that isn't really thin. I like the looks of the etched marks, but I will stick with my old everstamp of just my initials. Try it out on some scrap and see how it looks
