Lightbulb Build Your Own Forge Blower

I posted this in the Newbies Arena because we are always looking for cheap ways to do things when we first decide to start forging but I thought the 'old hands' might also find this useful. It's a cheap way to build a forge blower whose performance can match or exceed the most popular commercial blower:
