Boy Scout Knife Collecting.
Well, I am 62 and collected some type of knives all my life. I have really gotten into collecting Boy Scout Knives. I think I have just made a good purchase. I just purchased the reference book by Ed Holbrook called OFFICIAL SCOUT BLADES. Great information. I have heard the Holy Grail (sp?) of reference books on the subject is 600 Scout Knives by Kerr 1997. Well, after looking on the net for about a week, the only one I could find was a used one for $249.00. I have been watching ebay closely to see if one popped up. No luck for a month. Just checked a couple of hours ago on ebay, and there it was in mint condition for $35.00 shipped. It had only been posted about an hour before. I grabbed it. I think I did good and am very happy about my find. I will post a pick of both reference books when it comes in . Enjoy collecting guys and gals. I am rather new to this forum, and I hope I placed this in the correct place. Mike in Missouri.
