Newbie looking for suggestions

Hello All,

This is my first post here where I have seen some outstanding work.

I have just started exploring sheath making and would like to start by "clothing" two knives
I changed the handles to:

An Aitor "El Montero" that used to look like this:

and now looks like this:

And a cheap (but very hard) chinese knife I used to experiment and to use a leftover piece
of the red stag antler that I used on the Aitor. It looked like this:

and now looks like this:

I think they now deserve nicer leather sheaths and would appreciate suggestions, especially
for the Aitor with its special blade shape -wider at the front-.

Thank you in advance.

Best,

JC

I recently made my first two leather sheaths. Honestly, the best thing you can do is look through the tutorials on this forum as well as others, and google, and youtube. There is tons of info out there, and none of these guys will likely take the time to explain it all, when the info is easily available. Or just find your local Tandy, and sign up for some classes. Those guys teach the stuff all the time, and don't mind explaining it over and over again.

Good luck!
