bone dust
Is there a known problem, health wise, with bone dust? Should a guy be wearing a mask when working with bone? ghostdog |

By all means. There's another post in answer to this one which spells out some of the specific hazards. But, yes, always wear a mask when working with any kind of bone, horn, antler, wood--especially exotic woods (some are very toxic) metals, pretty much everything in the knifemaking trade. |
