2 new knives
I've been working on my grinding skills as well as my pathetic skills as a leather worker. Here are the results. Both the blades are stock removal and so is the sheath. Please feel free to comment and criticize.
This Green Warncliff blade is ground from 1075 high carbon steel. The handle is dyed and stabilized camel bone set with brass pins and a lanyard hole. The blade length is 4" long and 1" wide 1/8" thick. The overall length is 8-3/4" This drop point is ground from 1075 high carbon steel. The handle is paduak wood set with brass pins and a lanyard hole. The blade is 5-1/2" long 1" wide and 1/8" thick. The overall length is 10" Thanks for looking. |
