I'll sec...err... third that notion. It's easy to see who made it. Kinda has his signature on it.
Sounds like some nice thickness to the bamboo.

Did you grind the tang down some? In the image it looked like you were going for a full tang, and then changed it to your normal type.

When I first forged it I wasn't sure if I would cord wrap or what. Once I decided on making it a threw tang I cut it with my on sale HF portabandsaw and then I forged it a little longer by using a torch to heat it up.

One of the main reason for me doing this knife was for a change but it still came out looking like I made it. Coming up with a unique style is tough but once you have established one its just as tough to hide it.
