Weaver Leather ?
I just recieved the Weaver Leather Catalogue. Are these people reputable and has any one had any problems with them. Also in looking through the catalogue I see some Imported V Cut Double Shoulder 7/8 ounce at $2.30 a square foot. Does this work for sheath making and is this a good price? Thanks for the help. Hi Guys I get all my leather working supplies from Weaver and really like their prices and customer service. I have been dealing with them for two years without a hitch. Scott |

Weaver Leather?
I have also bought from Weaver & find them to be very good folks to deal with. I seem to remember they have a big auction each year & have heard of some very good prices & used equipment & tools. |

Steve, I haven't dealt with Weaver so I can't help you there. Just be sure that what you get is vegetable tanned. All other tanning processes can be corrosive to steel blades. Gary gary@fallcreek.net |

Weaver Leather, like them, they just picked up Mast Hardware and NOW carry Barge Cement which is the best as far as I'm concerned when bonding leather. My leather arrives nice and clean, material is good. My only problem is with the dye they offer, I would suggest NOT getting their home grown dye, it's no where as good as Fiebings professional Oil dye....but that's just me... G2 |

Just got my leather in a couple of days ago, they said it would be in before Christmass and it was! It arrived neat and clean, with little or no blemishes, and they have the best prices and customer service I've seen yet. They will definatly be getting orders from me for leather. Only problem, they don't handle exotic skinns for the inlays I want to try. |
