Thanks everyone.
Tony, I buy the amber color bone from Culpepper. I have tried with oil leather dye and cannot get that color. I have jigged bone with a dremel tool and dyed it. I soak the bone in gas for a few days and then into the leather dye. I let the gas dry off a little first. After the dye I soak it in lemon oil for a day. Give it a few days to dry out. Craig |
