Can You ## This Sabatier Knife
Presuming I have a Sabatier knife. Does anyone recognize or can ##entify my logo on the handle. It looks to be a pot or dutch oven with the l## lifted up and the partial name between the two. Looks like "our" at the end of the name. Has black scales. It also appears to be carbon steel but could be wrong on this. Any guess based on ## . Thanks in advance to all
I can forward pictures if needed Steve |
