Frame Handle Construction

Hi Guys,

I am confused as to how to do a frame, or box handle. I understand the basic concept, but how is the frame and the tang tied together to form an intgrated unit? Are they welded together, or somehow tied together with pins? I've noticed that the pins are normally situated on the outside area of the handle, in other words, the pins go into the frame. I hpe someone can clarify.

Thanks,
Dave

I don't know if it would help, but I remember seeing a how to on Jerry Fisk's site. I think it was on one of his Sendero's in his show preview.

Best of luck, Craig
