You got me on that one. I've come to expect big things from Geno, not bitty things. Nice detail.

Very Nice. Them big ol' hand do a pretty nice job on a little bitty piece. Great work, Gene. Thanks for the peak, Pat.

LOL!
She posted this while I was out today.
The blade is hand forged cable and saw blade mix.
The 1/2 circles on the edge are L-6 stripes accross from each other. This was a cross cut section from the middle of a split billet.
(in other words an experiment)
I saw something in the cut piece I liked and forged it some more.
Anyone ever forge with needle nose ?
It is a solid piece except the wire added to the handle and the mokume guard and pommel(hard soldered on). The handle wire was soft soldered in place then sanded.
I don't have a sheath yet.
That's about it on the sword, the rest was just having fun with the camera.
Thanks for taking a look.
Any one seen "Warrior Barbie" lately, tell her that her sword is ready.

Got me too

Nice piece of work Gene. Your attention to detail is no different on a miniature or a full sized piece. I know I'd be so tempted to cut corners...
