Lets try this again

http://pub29.bravenet.com/photocente...num=2474912881

I might trade computer skills for knifemaking skills.
I did not mean to start a new post.

Your photo hosting site doesn't allow external links. I copied it and posted it to another site that does:

Thanks, Gabe

Is there a free photo posting site or website that you recomend ?
I built a website a year ago that worked very good. But I lost my files and the site builder I used is no longer available.

Terry, try pasting this into Internet Explorer (or just clicking on it):

ftp://anonymous@207.173.176.152

drag and drop a file, say "test.jpg" into that directory. That file should now appear at:

http://207.173.176.152/test.jpg

and let me know what happens.

Gabe,

Ok, now if I can explain what has gone on.
First I opened the top link and got some jpg's, before my mind said "no" my hand tried to open a jpg. Total freaze up, had to Alt/ctrl/delete all the way out.
Back on line, opened top link again, opened a file and tried to drag to no avail.
Let me back up, I don't use explore, I use compuserve (witch may be the problem)

So I open microsoft explorer come back to here and open the top link and I am not athourized to view contents.

I am 40'sh year old and have had computer for less than 3 years.
I have had a tough time figuing it out, I felt proud that I posted a link (I once put one of those smily faces where I wanted it too)
Terry

Very cool Terry, she's a lucky girl to have a great tutor and the resources readily available to learn a skill i know i'd love to apprentice at one day. Look forward to seeing what she turns out!

Very nice work, also nice to see a fresh face at a grinder, especially since the only face I see at a grinder is Darrel's (!)

Welcome Terry and to your daughter Armenda. Glad to see the next generation of bali makers carrying on the tradition. This will ensure custom bali's will be available for future collectors.

Smile Thanks for the kind words

She really did a good job. We live in a rual area, she took building trades and agriculture in school. In building trades she has helped
build some restrooms for the baseball field and in agriculture she has been weilding. I noticed wile she was working, she had no fingernails. I try to help her to discover her creative talents, but I think she just wants to make some money
