I go both ways with this, I have one of Pacific Cultery's first 4" custom bowies that I keep put away and a BM 42 that sees use when I'm not carring a Spyderco. Gotta be carefull when using a bali in puplic as not to cause a stir..

well like you im younge (only 15) and have a hard time getting money for them but i have a few benchmades that i use. ive perfected just about all of Clays manipulations and invented a few of my own and have found that the harder the manipulation the better the bali needs to be.

you gotta point... i notice i can complete the throws and finger twirls better with my phillipino one... even though its old... its a tank... but once i get really good with the jaguar... i'll be happy cause the handle design is just crazy...

User, no doubt about it.
I've got two bali's, and I've taken to carrying both of them as EDC as of late. For those in the know, my chopped 42 resides in a Deluxe belt sheath from Clay, and the 47 sits in my strong-side pocket. Might have to get another sheath and carry both knives kidney carry in the front.

But doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. When you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you still get the same soaking. This understanding extends to everything."
