Rat Trap grind
It looked a little s l o w over hear so I'll ask here first. Is the edge grind on the RT flat or convex? I'm going to sharpen it as if it were convex and that way it will turn out convex in the end. I did a quick sharpening when I got this one, used, and it has held an edge ever since but I am a compulsive sharpener so sometimes I sharpen sharp knives just to freshen up the edge a little or just to keep my hands busy.
