Blade Show Preview
I just finished posting a web page of the knives I will have for sale at the Blade Show in Atlanta, GA. May 30-31 & June 1, 2008. I'll be at Table 9-O. I still have 4 knives on the bench that need final finishing, but will have them done, and photos posted within the next couple of days.
Here's the link: Blade Show Preview Look forward to seeing you there! __________________ WWW.CAFFREYKNIVES.NET Caffreyknives@gmail.com "Every CHOICE has a CONSEQUENCE, and all your CONSEQUENCES are a result of your CHOICES." |

Thanks Craig!
Your gona love the next ones! I created a fighter using a chunk of the Macadamia wood, and a hunter using a piece of the Koa.....both came out nicely. __________________ WWW.CAFFREYKNIVES.NET Caffreyknives@gmail.com "Every CHOICE has a CONSEQUENCE, and all your CONSEQUENCES are a result of your CHOICES." |

Thanks for the preview. I look forward to seeing your others. On another note, I really like your gallery on your site. The thumbnails are great for easy navigation. They do however make it hard to decide which ones to look at full size first though. They are all quite inspirational. Brian |

Thanks Brian! I really appreciate those kind words!
I just finished posting the remaining knives to the webpage. But for Craig's sake, I thought I would post this one here..... Craig sent me a couple of blocks of Macadamia wood......and I just love the stuff! With a Tru-Oil finish this wood just POPS! At first I wasn't sure if it would turn out the way I thought, but after the first coat of Tru-Oil, I quickly changed my mind. This stuff is just plain cool! __________________ WWW.CAFFREYKNIVES.NET Caffreyknives@gmail.com "Every CHOICE has a CONSEQUENCE, and all your CONSEQUENCES are a result of your CHOICES." Hi Ed,
I'm glad you're able to make use of the odds and ends. First thing I thought, Ed's a bit of a thrill seeker, carving on all those switch backs in the grain. Wish I could see it in person, but I'm sure you'll find it a good home at Blade. I like your whole line up, you've been busy! Take care, Craig |

Awsome Ed!
It's hard to decide which if this lot is my favorite. I love the Blackwood, Macadamia and Koa
pieces! The mosaics of two of this list are phenominal; and that Macadamia wood is simply stunning (love the texturing you've done on the pommel). As always, Ed, your work inspires this ol' guy! Dana |
