Beaumont Metal Works not attending the Blade Show this year.

Normally about now, like many of the rest of you, I'm nearly stressed out beyond my mental capacity while preparing for the Blade show.

But this year is different for me...I'm not stressed out....but still plenty busy, which is one of the reasons why I'm not attending this year. BMW has been overwhelmed with grinder sales for the last 6-8 months to the point that shutting down the shop for the week to attend the show is no longer an option. Also, due to the new date this year, in May, I have a schedule conflict....and finally, the high costs associated with attending the show itself certainly doesn't sweeten the pot and helps reinforce my decision to sit out this year.

For those attending, have a wonderful time...I'm saddened that I'm not...but very, VERY relieved at the same time.

Yes, I've temporarily taken the horizontal grinders off of the website. This was because we ran out of some of the parts needed to complete them and have been too busy to make more. However, I'm planning to make more horizontal grinders in June...this is when sales finally start to slow down for a few months. Keep an eye on the website...once the horizontal grinders are ready again, they'll be posted.
